Shipping and delivery policy

Billzova Trade is software that you use online, at trade.billzova.com, on a phone or a computer. It is sold by Billzova, a trade name of AD Enterprises (“Billzova”, “we”).

Nothing is shipped

We do not sell or send any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no courier. Everything you buy from us is delivered to your Billzova Trade account.

When you get access

• Free trial: starts as soon as you sign up, for 30 days.
• Paid plan: active on your account as soon as the payment goes through, usually within a few minutes. The confirmation and our GST invoice are sent to your registered email.
• If a paid plan does not show on your account within 24 hours, write to info@billzova.com or call +91 88699 97605 and we will set it right.

Billzova Trade is for businesses in India, and plans are priced in Indian rupees.
