Built in Lucknow for the suppliers who keep shops and restaurants running
Restaurants run on their suppliers
Working with restaurants every day, we kept meeting the businesses behind them: the dairy, the vegetable supplier, the bakery, the packaging wholesaler. Most of them run on phone calls, WhatsApp messages and a credit notebook.
Orders get missed or mistyped. Nobody can say today’s total dues without an hour of adding up. Salesmen spend their days chasing payments. And big supply services are making it easier for restaurants to order elsewhere.
Billzova Trade gives these suppliers what billing apps don’t: customers who order for themselves from a link, delivery and collection in one flow, and a khata that is always current — at a flat price a local business can afford.
How we build Billzova Trade
Your customers stay yours
Billzova Trade is your own tool for your own customers. We never show your customers or prices to anyone else.
We never hold your money
Payments go straight to your UPI ID or bank account. The only balance we keep is your prepaid wallet for our own services.
Dues you can trust
The khata is never edited — mistakes are fixed with reversing entries — and its maths is checked by thousands of automatic tests.
Made for real conditions
Weak network, busy markets, early mornings and late nights: the field app is being built to keep working offline.
Plain words
Short sentences in plain English and Hindi, without accounting jargon.
Fair, flat pricing
One price per business, not per user, and no commission on your orders.
What we will not do
- Hold anyone’s money
- Lend money or offer credit
- Become a marketplace that finds buyers or sells goods
- Run deliveries
A separate product
Billzova Trade shares the Billzova name with Billzova POS, and nothing else. It has its own app, its own database and its own accounts. Your business data is never shared with Billzova POS.
