Terms of service

These terms apply when a business (“you”) uses Billzova Trade, provided by Billzova, a trade name of AD Enterprises, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India (“Billzova”, “we”). By signing up or using Billzova Trade, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you may agree on its behalf.
1. The service
Billzova Trade is software for distributors and wholesalers: orders, GST invoices, customer dues (khata), payments records, reports, a customer ordering link and a staff app. Features marked “Coming soon” or “Planned” on our website are not yet available and may change before they are.
2. Accounts and logins
- Give correct details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
- Each person uses their own login. You are responsible for the staff you give logins to, and for what is done with them.
- Keep passwords secret, and tell us at once if you think a login has been misused.
3. Free trial
A new business can use its chosen plan free for 30 days, without a card. To keep using Billzova Trade after the trial, you need a paid plan. We will contact you before the trial ends.
4. Plans and payment
- Plans are priced per business, monthly or yearly, as shown on the pricing page, plus GST.
- Plans are paid in advance for the period chosen. If you stop, your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
- Each plan has limits (such as customers, staff logins and messages). What happens at a limit is described on the pricing page.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; a change applies from your next period.
- A prepaid wallet, when available, pays only for Billzova Trade’s own services. It cannot be withdrawn as cash or sent to anyone.
5. Your data
Your business records belong to you. We use them only to provide Billzova Trade, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to put your customers’ details into Billzova Trade and to message them. Records that GST law requires us to keep are kept for that period.
6. Money between you and your customers
We never hold your money. Payments from your customers go directly to your own UPI ID or bank account. We are not a party to your sales, and any dispute about goods, prices or payments is between you and your customer. We do not lend money or offer credit.
7. GST and tax
Billzova Trade works out taxes from the details you enter, such as GST rates, HSN codes and your customers’ states. You are responsible for those details, for your invoices, and for your tax returns. Please check with your accountant or CA when in doubt.
8. Fair use
Use Billzova Trade only for lawful business. Do not:
- send messages to people who have not dealt with your business, or offers to customers who have not agreed to receive them;
- try to reach another supplier’s data, test our security without our written permission, or disrupt the service;
- copy, resell or take apart the software, or share logins outside your business.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Billzova Trade available and your data safe, with nightly encrypted backups. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems outside our control. We may improve and change features over time.
10. Suspension and closing
You can stop using Billzova Trade at any time. We may pause an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is not paid, and we will tell you why. Before closing an account, you can download all your data to Excel.
11. Responsibility
Billzova Trade is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Billzova Trade in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Trademarks
Billzova™ and the Billzova panda are trademarks of Billzova. These terms do not give you any right to use them.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Please write to us first — most problems can be solved by talking.
14. Changes to these terms
We will update this page when the terms change and tell you about important changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Billzova Trade after that means you accept the new terms.
