Daily orders that make themselves
Standing order
Hotel Annapurna · every morning
- Full cream milk 1 L2 crates
- Curd 400 g1 crate

Sound familiar?
The same order, every day
A hotel takes two crates of milk every morning, and someone still writes it down every day.
A missed regular
Forget a daily customer’s order once, and they start looking for another supplier.
Quantities in someone’s head
Regular orders live in one person’s memory instead of a list the whole team can see.
How standing orders work
What works today, what is coming soon, and the plans that include each.
Every day or chosen days
Every day, or only the days you pick — Monday to Saturday, or just weekends.
All plans
Start and end dates
Start on a date and, if you like, end on a date: for a season, an event or a trial.
All plans
Made by itself each evening
From 6 PM, the next day’s orders are made as confirmed orders. You can also make the day’s orders yourself at any time.
All plans
On the packing list
Standing orders join the other orders on the day’s packing list, so totals are always complete.
All plans
Change or pause
Change the items or days, or pause and resume. Orders already made keep what they were made with.
All plans
Never made twice
Each standing order makes at most one order per day, even if the button is pressed twice.
All plans
Coming soon: being built now. Planned: after the pilot. Everything without a label works today.
Standing orders, step by step
- 1
Pick the customer
Choose who it is for and the days it repeats on.
- 2
Add the items
The usual quantities, at the customer’s own prices.
- 3
Let it run
Each evening, tomorrow’s order is made and added to the packing list.
- 4
Invoice as usual
Each day’s order becomes a GST invoice like any other order.
Questions about standing orders
What happens if a customer wants less one day?
Each day’s order is an ordinary order, so you can change it before you pack. To change every future order, edit the standing order itself.
Can I stop a standing order for a few days?
Yes. Pause it and resume it later, or set an end date. A paused or ended standing order is kept, never deleted.
When are the orders made?
Each evening from 6 PM (India time), Billzova Trade makes the next day’s orders. You can also make the day’s orders yourself at any time.
Which plans have standing orders?
All of them: Starter, Growth and Pro.
