Orders everywhere
Some come by call, some on WhatsApp, some on a salesman’s paper. Something always gets missed.
Packing by hand
Adding up tomorrow’s crates from a pile of orders takes time and goes wrong.
No record of changes
When an order is changed or refused, nobody remembers who did it or why.
What you can do
What works today, what is coming soon, and the plans that include each.
Orders inbox
Confirm, edit or reject with a reason the customer can see. Confirm all new orders at once.
All plans
Phone orders, entered by staff
Office staff enter orders that come by phone or chat, at the customer’s own prices.
All plans
A rate for one order, and the last price paid
The owner or a manager can change a line’s rate on one order, recorded with who did it. What the customer last paid shows as you take the order.
All plans
Order status
Confirmed, packed, out for delivery, delivered — the customer sees each step on their link.
All plans

All plans
AI order reading
Coming soonA forwarded WhatsApp message or a photo of a handwritten list becomes a draft order matched to your items — in Hindi, Hinglish or English. Staff check it before saving.
All plans

Growth and Pro
Coming soon: being built now. Planned: after the pilot. Everything without a label works today.
Orders and dispatch, step by step
- 1
Orders come in
From the ordering link, the salesman app, or staff entering a phone order.
- 2
Confirm
Check, edit or reject with a reason — one by one, or all at once.
- 3
Pack
Print the packing list: each item’s total for the day.
- 4
Invoice and send
Make the GST invoice in one tap and send the goods out.
Two ways in, one list
Customers order from the link; salesmen order at the shop. Orders that still come by phone are typed in by your staff. Everything lands in the same inbox, so nothing depends on one person’s memory.
- Every order has a number and a history
- Rejected orders keep their reason
- Each change records who made it
Questions about orders and dispatch
Can I change an order after the customer places it?
Yes. Change quantities or items before you confirm, or reject the order with a reason the customer can see.
Can I confirm many orders at once?
Yes. Confirm all the new orders on the screen in one go.
What is a packing list?
The total quantity of each item across the orders for a day, so your team packs once instead of order by order.
Can WhatsApp messages become orders automatically?
AI order reading is coming soon: forward a WhatsApp message or a photo of a handwritten list, and it becomes a draft order matched to your items for staff to check. Each plan includes a number of readings a month: 50 on Starter, 300 on Growth and 1,000 on Pro.
