What makes dairy supply hard
The same order every morning
Most customers take the same crates daily, but the orders are still written down every day.
Late-night changes
Extra crates for a function or a hotel’s weekend rush come in by call late in the evening.
Monthly credit
Customers pay weekly or monthly, so dues build up across hundreds of small bills.
Mixed GST
Fresh milk is exempt while items like butter and ghee are taxed — one bill can carry both.
Built for the way you work
Standing orders for daily milk
Set each customer’s daily crates once; the order is made every evening by itself.

Questions from dairy suppliers
Can I set the same order for every day?
Yes. A standing order repeats every day or on the days you choose, and is made by itself each evening for the next day.
Can one invoice have exempt milk and taxed butter?
Yes. GST is worked out per line from each item’s own rate.
Can customers pay monthly?
Yes. Invoices add up in each customer’s khata, and payments — full or part — are matched to the oldest invoices first.
Supply dairy to shops and restaurants?
Try everything free for 30 days. No card needed, and your customers never pay.
