Shared passwords
One login for everyone means nobody knows who changed what.
Too much access
A delivery person sees the whole business; an accountant can change prices.
Data at risk
Records in one notebook or one PC can be lost in an afternoon.
What keeps your business safe
What works today, what is coming soon, and the plans that include each.
Roles
Owner, manager, salesman, delivery and accountant — each sees what their job needs.
All plans
Every change recorded
Who did what, and when, for orders, invoices, payments and settings.
All plans
One login, several businesses
Someone who works for two suppliers uses one login and switches between them.
All plans
Each supplier kept apart
Every record carries its supplier, and the database itself refuses to show one supplier’s data to another.
All plans
Encrypted nightly backups
The database is backed up and encrypted every night, and before every update.
All plans

Questions about staff and security
Can other suppliers see my customers or prices?
No. Each supplier’s data is kept apart, and the database itself enforces it as a second guard. Tests check that one supplier can never read or change another’s data.
How do staff sign in?
With their phone number or email and a password. There are no PIN logins.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. The database is backed up and encrypted every night, and again before every update.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. The owner can download all your data — items, customers, orders, invoices, payments and the khata — to one Excel file at any time. Moving to a smaller plan never deletes data.
Run a supply business?
Try everything free for 30 days. No card needed, and your customers never pay.
