What makes fruits and vegetables supply hard
Orders late at night
Chefs send tomorrow’s list by message after service, and it has to be read and typed.
Everything by weight
Quantities like 2.5 kg and prices per kg make hand-written bills slow and error-prone.
Rates change often
Mandi prices move, and each customer’s rate has to follow.
Credit with every kitchen
Most restaurants pay weekly or monthly, and dues are hard to keep straight.
Built for the way you work
Sell by the kilogram
Units in kg with quantities like 2.5 kg, worked out to the paisa.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are generally exempt from GST, so make bills of supply instead of tax invoices.

Questions from fruits and vegetables suppliers
Can I bill in kilograms with decimals?
Yes. Quantities can have decimals (for example 2.5 kg), and amounts are worked out exactly in paise.
Do I need to charge GST on vegetables?
Fresh fruits and vegetables are generally exempt, so suppliers usually issue bills of supply. Billzova Trade makes both bills of supply and tax invoices; check your items with your CA.
Can different restaurants pay different rates?
Yes. Set the rates you agreed with each restaurant on any plan, or put them on price lists — one on Starter, three on Growth, as many as you need on Pro.
Supply fruits and vegetables to shops and restaurants?
Try everything free for 30 days. No card needed, and your customers never pay.
