From order to payment, in one flow
What happens to every order
- 1
The order comes in
Today your office types in orders that come by phone or chat. Soon customers reorder from their link, and salesmen take orders at the shop even with no network.
- 2
You confirm it
Confirm, edit, or reject with a reason. Standing orders arrive already confirmed.
- 3
The GST invoice is made
One tap turns the order into a GST invoice or bill of supply, with a UPI QR to pay.
- 4Coming soon
It is delivered
Delivery staff follow the route and mark it delivered with a photo or signature.
- 5
Payment is collected
Your office records cash, UPI, cheque or bank payments today. Soon delivery staff collect at the door and customers pay from their link — always straight to your account.
- 6
The khata updates itself
Every invoice and payment lands in the customer’s khata, so dues are always current — with reminders when they are overdue.
Customers order themselves — or your salesman does
The customer’s ordering link
Shops and restaurants reorder in about 30 seconds from a link on their phone, at their own prices, with their dues and a UPI pay button on the same screen.
The salesman app
Salesmen take orders at the shop on an Android phone. No network? The order is saved and sent when it’s back.
Until both are switched on, your office enters orders that come by phone or chat — into the same inbox.
One system, five kinds of people
The supplier pays; customers and staff use it free.

Questions about getting started
How long does it take to start?
Signing up takes a few minutes. Bringing in your items, customers and opening dues takes as long as preparing the Excel sheets — the import itself checks every row in moments.
Do I need a computer?
No. The supplier app works in the browser on a phone or a computer. The staff Android app for salesmen and delivery is coming soon.
Will you train my staff?
In Lucknow, suppliers in our pilot get their data imported and their staff trained at their office by our team.
Can I start with just orders and dues?
Yes. Many suppliers start with orders and the khata, and keep their old billing for a while. Use as much as you need.
