Questions about customer ordering link
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. The link opens in any phone’s browser, and customers can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app. A buyer Android app is planned for later.
How do customers sign in?
With their phone number and a one-time code on WhatsApp. Code sign-in switches on together with Billzova Trade’s WhatsApp messages, which are coming soon. Until then, your staff can enter orders for customers.
What if a customer still prefers to call?
Your staff enter the order for them, into the same inbox. Customers can move to the link whenever they like.
Can different customers see different prices?
Yes. Each customer sees the rates you agreed with them, then their price list’s prices: agreed rates on every plan, and one price list on Starter, three on Growth, as many as you like on Pro.
Does the money go through Billzova?
No. The UPI pay button pays your own UPI ID directly. Billzova never holds your money.
