How we keep your business data safe
Each supplier kept apart
Every record carries the supplier it belongs to, and the database itself refuses to show one supplier’s data to another — a second guard behind the app. Automatic tests check that one supplier can never read or change another’s data.
A khata that is never edited
Invoices, payments and ledger entries are never edited or deleted. A mistake is corrected with a reversing entry, so the full history is always there. Amounts are stored in paise, never rounded on the way.
No duplicate orders or payments
Every order and payment carries a unique key, so a retry after a dropped network never records it twice.
Password sign-in, no PINs
Everyone signs in with their own phone number or email and a password, stored only as a secure hash. Repeated wrong passwords lock the login for a while. Sessions are kept in secure, http-only cookies.
A record of every change
Orders, invoices, payments, prices, staff and settings: each change is recorded with who made it and when, and that record cannot be edited.
Encrypted connections
Every page and every app connection uses HTTPS.
Encrypted nightly backups
The database is backed up every night, and before every update, and each backup is encrypted.
Kept as long as GST law requires
Invoices, the ledger and the change record are kept for 72 months after the year’s annual return is due, as GST law requires.
Your money stays yours
Billzova never holds your money. UPI payments go straight to your UPI ID, and cash, cheques and transfers never pass through us.
Separate from Billzova POS
Billzova Trade has its own app, database and accounts. Nothing you put in it is shared with Billzova POS.
Your data, your call
The owner can download all your data to one Excel file at any time, and every report downloads to Excel. Moving to a smaller plan never deletes data.
