Cancellation and refund policy

This policy covers payments made to Billzova, a trade name of AD Enterprises (“Billzova”, “we”) for Billzova Trade plans. It is part of our terms of service.

Try it before you pay

Every new business can use Billzova Trade free for 30 days. No card is needed, and you can change your plan as often as you like during the trial. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan and pay for it.

Cancelling a plan

  • You can cancel at any time by writing to info@billzova.com or calling +91 88699 97605 from your registered mobile number or email.
  • Your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you have paid for. It is not renewed after that, and nothing more is charged.
  • Your data stays yours. Before your plan ends, you can download it to Excel. Records that GST law requires us to keep are kept for that period, as the privacy policy explains.

Refunds

Plans are paid in advance, and the free trial lets you try Billzova Trade fully first. So once a paid month or year has started, we do not refund the unused part of it, including after you cancel.

Payments made in error

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged more than the price of your plan, we refund the extra amount in full:

  • Write to us within 30 days of the payment, with the date, the amount and the payment reference.
  • We check it and reply within 2 working days.
  • Once confirmed, the refund goes back to the same card, UPI ID or bank account the payment came from. It usually reaches you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
  • The refund includes the GST charged on that amount, and we issue a GST credit note for it.

Payments to suppliers

When a shop pays a supplier that uses Billzova Trade, the money goes straight to the supplier’s own UPI ID or bank account. We never hold it, so we cannot refund it: please ask that supplier.
